It’s difficult to find a contractor you can  put your faith, trust and confidence in.  A home is many people’s biggest investment, and repairs and home improvement projects can be costly and stressful. Trying to find a contractor to undertake your repairs or construction projects is a daunting task, as there are many to choose from and they run the gamut in terms of quality, affordability and expertise.  My project was a source of a lot of stress for me, and being new to the area, I had no idea where to start or who to trust.  I am so grateful to have found Grove Hill Enterprises and Tom Valentine.  I had received other estimates before finding them, but no others even held a candle to Tom in terms of his customer service and problem-solving my complicated job.  It was easy to see that he truly cares about his customers and does everything he can to make sure they are happy and the job is done correctly and on time. I cannot say enough about what a fantastic company this is and I will not allow anyone other than them to work on my home.  If you are looking for a contractor who is responsive, thorough, honest, fair and has excellent work ethic and high standards, look no further. You won’t find anyone better than Tom and his team. Thank you so much for everything you did and for making my project a success and a pleasure. I will be eternally grateful!

Thank you for the unbelievably fast service to fix my damaged wall section. The team arrived yesterday afternoon, got right to work, and fixed everything including another tiny, damaged section that I hadn't wanted to bother you about. They matched the paint perfectly and repainted a bigger section so the paint blended in.  Javier is a gem, and I hope you let his boss know what a great job he did. I told him how impressed I was and thanked him profusely for doing such a good job.

 After a significant fire at one of my investment homes (~$200,000 in damages), I found myself considerably underinsured due to the drastic increase in materials.  Facing over $50,000 out of pocket, I began a search for a repair team outside of the larger ones which inherently have more overhead and therefore higher repair estimates.  The search led me to Grove Hill Enterprises.  My PM was a calm and honest person during a very stressful situation that not only saved me significant money but was able to help with upgrades within the original budget such as granite, quality cabinets etc.  I was very pleased with the process and results and the few minor things that came up after the official completion were corrected very quickly under warranty.  I’ll also mention that I owned a residential property management company at the time and being so pleased with the fire repair, we use Grove Hill for many repairs, small and large, for other rental homes.  They always do a great job and 100% stand behind their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The punctuality, thoroughness, and professionalism seen throughout each project cycle that Grove Hill does is continuously unmatched. Thought you could use some kudos this morning.  At the annual meeting last night they were all raving about how awesome the new mailbox numbers look.  You hit that one out of the park!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!   Grove Hill is a fantastic company to work with.  They do an amazing job communicating and following through with work orders and requests. Their work is done in a timely fashion and the workmanship is top notch!  They are reasonably priced and always go the extra mile. As a community manager in the HOA industry, I use them as my go to general contractor.
